At SUKU Home, we want you to love your sanctuary as much as we do. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unused condition with tags attached, then securely pack them in the original SUKU packaging.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
